Some books are better than others. Some books are great books. I found something better than a book at the library.

Mother and Child 31/365
Simply beautiful in my eyes. Something that I need to remember to treasure more and more.

Embarassing 30/365
This is so embarassing, look at the 1970's era wallpaper on that wall!

Stirring the waters of faith
I just love this picture. Wasn't what I had planned on catching but it is what I ended up with. Simply beautiful, I think anyway.

1 month old and it is supposed to be spring 29/365
Yesterday was the beginning of what was supposed to be a blizzard but it turned out to be several inches of ice covered by several inches of snow. Here is Adelaide getting taken into Church. Her sisters didn't quite wait for her.

Dapples and greys 28/365
Hush-a-bye, don't you cry,
Go to sleepy little baby.
When you wake, you shall have,
All the pretty little horses.
Blacks and bays, dapples and greys,
Go to sleep you little baby,
Hush-a-bye, don't you cry,
Go to sleepy little baby.
Hush-a-bye, don't you cry,
Go to sleepy little baby,
When you wake, you shall have,
All the pretty little horses.
Go to sleepy little baby.
When you wake, you shall have,
All the pretty little horses.
Blacks and bays, dapples and greys,
Go to sleep you little baby,
Hush-a-bye, don't you cry,
Go to sleepy little baby.
Hush-a-bye, don't you cry,
Go to sleepy little baby,
When you wake, you shall have,
All the pretty little horses.

Smiling? 27/365
Dawn has been claiming that Addie has been smiling for the past few days. I will admit to having seen those random newborn smiles that are either them seeing their guardian angel or just coincidence. Dawn was trying to get Adelaide to smile, this is as close as we got.

Too much Love? 26/365
March 25th, 2009
Dawn finished nursing Adelaide this evening and held her and rocked her for awhile. When she went to change her diaper we found that holding her on Dawn's heart left an impression. If you look close, the shape of Dawn's heart-shaped necklace was impressed into Addie's skin.
Disclaimer: No infants were harmed in the making of this photo.

Marsupialish 25/365
No, we aren't marsupials but we have learned a little bit from them in terms of carrying kids. They love it and it is easier to get stuff done.

Worn Out Shopper 24/365
Adelaide went shopping with mommy while her sisters were at art class. Addie is such an avid shopper she wore herself out. What did daddy get out of Addie doing all that shopping? I get to look at this t-shirt! ("I'll always be daddy's little girl!")
